Humanistic Therapy

The main idea behind Humanistic therapy is to look at how your perception of the world effects the choices that you make, as you are the best person to understand your needs and experiences. We will work to help you better understand what you are feeling and experiencing by enabling you to be true to yourself. This involves spending time creating and working towards self-acceptance with minimal input from your therapist who is focused on actively listening.
